Subject: Basement Remodeling

Dear Andy:

We wanted to take the time to compliment you and your entire staff on the outstanding job Enterprise Contracting did designing and completing our refinished basement.  It exceeds our wildest expectations!!

We received your brochure in the mail in October 2007 and placed it in the folder for basement refinishing.  We were impressed with the quality of the work shown in the brochure.  We called you at the end of December 2007 and had our first meeting on January 3, 2008.  We were instantly impressed with how you presented Enterprise Contracting’s capabilities and portfolio and asked you to design a plan for our basement.  You came back with the plan and an estimate that fell within our budget within 5 business days.

Things progressed very quickly from there and within another week we had a completed contract in place.  We very thoroughly investigated Enterprise Contracting, including calling two references that provided the company with glowing reports.  All of that said, even though we were pleased with the process to that point in time, we were very nervous.  It’s very difficult to actually find a contractor that delivers on their commitments.  We have to say with the completion of our basement, that you not only delivered, you exceeded our expectations in all areas.

Enterprise Contracting started work on our basement on January 16 and finished the work on March 21.   This work included an office, bedroom, media area and bar, powder room and a guest bathroom.  The overall design that you provided us with was well thought out and met all of our requirements.  We did not think the work could be completed prior to April 30th and once again, Enterprise exceeded our expectations.

We would like to thank Tim O’Roark (Project Manager), John Reeves (Purchasing Coordinator), Victor Mendez (Electrician) and George Boyer (Plumber).  The level of commitment and professionalism that each of them bring to the job is truly “best of breed”.

Tim is one of the most competent, thoughtful and professional Project Managers that we have worked with, and we both do Project Management for a living.  His focus on doing the right job the first time, his pride in his work, flexibility and commitment to quality are what you hope you get when you hire a contractor, but don’t often receive.  Tim was also very good at communicating what we could expect to have done each day, which people would be showing up to do work etc.  Needless to say everyone showed up on time each and every day (which is practically unheard of).

The overall experience from beginning to end was enjoyable and we now have a finished basement that we love spending time in. We highly recommend Enterprise Contracting to everyone we know.  The overall process, professionalism, and commitment to quality of the company are world class.
