I wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere and deep appreciation for the work recently done on my home by your company.

My original purpose in contacting your company was because I was having serious problems with continuous rain-caused water leakage in the header beam underneath a large window over the double-front doors at the entryway to the house. The Vice President of your company (who's card I have unfortunately misplaced) came out, very carefully inspected the problem but also noticed that there was a significant amount of rotting wood on window sills on the exterior of the house. At the same time, I decided to ask him what it would cost to remove a whirlpool tub from my bathroom that was too small and unusable. This would have included replacement drywall installed in ready-to-paint condition and subsequently included installation of additional sub-flooring. I received exceptionally reasonable quotes on all three of the projects and signed a contract to have the work performed.

I was impressed by the prompt arrival of the work crew on the appointed day but am also grateful for the keen eye of one of the workers who noticed that  a top section of my chimney had rotted and fallen off. When Young Lee , the site manager, arrived, he and I discussed the potential problems and he carefully examined the chimney to determine the extent of the work. It was substantial because of shoddy workmanship by the original builder of the house. Mr. Lee gave me a very reasonable estimate on the performance of this significant job and I once again signed a contract to have the additional work performed.

While my original project was not of a major size, the amount of work that ended up needing to be done was relatively significant. However, I was exceptionally pleased with both the performance and conduct of the workers, the professionalism each of them exhibited in their jobs, and the final product of each project.

I wanted to extend my deep appreciation and thanks to Mr. Lee in particular. His professionalism throughout this process was exemplary in every way and, more importantly, he was the first person I have dealt with over recent years of work on the water seepage over the front doors who actually provided me with a logical and, as it has proven, effective solution to the problem! It was a relatively simple solution (that no one else had ever come up with!) that has stopped the water seepage in the recent rainfalls that we have had. That, in of itself, has provided me with the first peace of mind I have had with that particular problem since we moved into the house in 1992.

In addition to that, Mr. Lee was on-site for large parts of the day, which I greatly appreciated, continued to "walk me through the process" as each part of the chimney work was underway, pointed out difficulties that had been encountered and damage that I had never realized existed as it was being dismantled. When I had additional requests for work in the bathroom area that I had no previously anticipated, he handled each request politely and professionally. In short, he made what could have been an exceptionally painful experience easy and comfortable.

Billy, who supervised the painters, was equally as helpful and professional in our dealings and I would like to extend my appreciation and compliments to him and his crew as well. The work that he supervised on the installation of the drywall provided me with a new wall/baseboard area that was absolutely seamless - I can find absolutely no evidence of where the new drywall was installed as the new wall area is as if it had been there from the day the room was originally dry-walled.

I had not heard of Enterprise Contracting before I received one of your brochures in the mail. I "took a chance" because I liked the professionalism of the brochure. My "taking a chance" proved to be an excellent decision because I was extremely pleased with every step of the process, the way each step of the work was conducted, the on-site management provided and the final product. And I enjoyed the experience, which is saying something considering the disruption involved!

Too often, we take the time to complain but not the time to praise. In this case, I was so impressed with our company that I wanted to take the time to praise you, your company, your on-site managers and your staff for an outstanding job as well as exemplary promptness and service. It's a rarity these days but Enterprise Contracting obviously adheres to high standards and it shows.
