Client Advisors
Our client advisors bring years of experience in residential remodeling and knowledge in design concept and scope of work development. At your first appointment, you will meet with one of our client advisors at your home. They will talk with you about your hopes for your project, design, feasibility, and overall investment range. The client advisor will also take measurements of your space so our design team can create 3D renderings of your new space. We will invite you to our showroom and your client advisor will lead you on a guided virtual reality tour of your new space. They will also review the scope of work for your project and pricing associated. Your project can be started with one of our pre-packaged and pre-costed remodeling projects and then customized to your specific desires. Our client advisors are your primary contact throughout the first phase of your project and will be your partner as your project develops towards contract signing.
Estimators
Our estimating team partners with our sales team to develop the pricing associated with our projects. Many of our projects start with our pre-packaged and pre-costed remodeling projects. As the project is customized, each item that is added or changed has a line item price associated with it. For example: If you want to add an additional light beyond what is included in the package price, there is a specific line itemed price for that. No pricing is ever ball-parked by our sales people. Our estimators are integral in the pricing process. Over the years we’ve developed a specialized matrix that accurately prices each project.
