Paul Rydholm
Vice President, Operations
Paul brings over 30 years of experience in the residential remodeling industry both as an independent contractor and working for ECS. He is our in-house Master Plumber. Paul also oversees all aspects of project delivery and warranty, and he manages our Project Managers. His specialty is translating architectural designs into engineering specifications that meet local and national building codes. James Scampavia
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing
James is the most recent addition to ECS, joining the company after a career spanning various executive positions in engineering and information technology. He is very knowledgeable about local zoning and land use planning. James is establishing relationships with local lenders to assist customers with financing options for their remodeling projects.
