How it works

Start with a free no obligation design consultation at your home where we listen to your back yard thoughts, ideas, and dreams.

Then we do a site inventory that includes photos, measurements and of course, extensive note taking.

Shortly after that meeting, we return with a preliminary zoning survey, and a conceptual cost estimate of the project you are considering. This conceptual estimate is a preliminary scoping tool and will offer you suggestions for the shape, size, and materials of the project you are considering. Perhaps most importantly, its at that time that we provide you with a conceptual price for you consider against your budget for the project.

If seems like it’s a fit, then we can move onto the detailed 3d design process we’ve created.

I’ve developed a design process that we refer to as our “dynamic design process.” My talented design team will make adjustments in real time right before your eyes.

Once completed, a final backyard design will be presented with a detailed proposal to build your perfect backyard oasis.
